Call Tariffs
When you use a Regus smartnumbers service, you instruct the service to deliver calls to you no matter where you are working to any telephone handset you chose. This may be anywhere in the country or across the world. You can instruct the smartnumbers service to route calls to your Regus office, a mobile phone, a home number or even international locations. In all cases, you will be paying a call-delivery charge to receive these calls, and this call charge is based upon where you are located, the time of day and the type of smartnumbers service that you are using.
There are 4 different type of Regus smartnumbers service;
- Geographic – This is a Regus smartnumbers service with a local dialling code, such as 0203 for London or 0191 for Newcastle. Calls to this type of service can be delivered to you at any landline in the UK at a cost of 3p per minute.
- 0800 – This is a freephone Regus smartnumbers service, and allows people to call this number for free. Calls to this type of service can be delivered to you at any UK landline at a cost of 5p per minute.
- 0845 – This is a non-geographic Regus smartnumbers service which allows you to portray a nationwide presence. Callers are charged their local calling rate to ring this servoice, and in turn calls can be delivered to you at any UK landline at a cost of 1.5p per minute.
- 0844 – This is a new type of non-geographic Regus smartnumbers service that, like 0845, allows you to portray a nationwide presence. Calls to this type of service are delivered to you on any UK landline for free.
For users of the older Regus smartnumbers service there was also an 0870 number type. Calls to these services are delivered at the same cost as a geographic service but due to change in the rules around 0870 numbers Regus are no longer offering this option to new customers.
